          2nd half some cirrus 

25  Jan : 1st half not photmetric, cirrus, seeing ~ 1.5-1.8
          2nd half not photmetric, cirrus, seeing ~ 1.2-1.6

Summary/Comments
-----------------
Mostly not photmetric run. Occasionally observed through cirrus. 

Three non-AXIS targets (labeled as WFCxxx) were observed by the request of
Dr. Richard McMahon through Dr. Xavier Barcons.

Requested (by Dr. Barcons) data transfer via ftp was incomplete due to
slow and unstable network, and limited disk space . 
The complete data were written on non-DDS3 tapes
via tar.

Due to the cirrus, it was often difficult/impossible to find a guide star
for U band observation .
